Encore is a venture-backed startup developing a next-generation orchestration platform for the post-sales industry.  Over 90% of revenue for most companies comes after the initial sale, but the customer experience is fragmented and siloed across multiple technology platforms and teams.   Encore uses AI/ML along with a modern microservices architecture to transform that experience to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for our customers.   The opportunity is a massive and untapped market by the current products and systems.

Encore’s initial customers are enterprise Chief Customer Officers and VP’s of Customer Success.  These executives are challenged to scale the teams and drive performance across increasing numbers of customers and end-users, but struggle with fragmented technologies and manual processes.  Encore meets them at their point of need and solves their critical challenges in this large and growing market of over 4 million CS professionals.

Encore is a fast-moving startup backed by top-tier investors, with a veteran and successful leadership team.

The role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Encore will lead the technical vision and development of our enterprise-class SaaS product lines.  This role will have responsibility for the technical and architectural roadmaps, product implementation, data science oversight and service delivery to our customer.  The Encore product merges cutting-edge data science with enterprise-class services and the CTO will work with the rest of the Encore team to develop the insights that bring maximum results for our customers.

In addition to leading technical development, the Encore CTO will also be responsible for recruiting our technical teams, assisting with fundraising of venture capital resources and supporting customer-facing activities.
