Encore is looking for a proven product leader to join our mission to transform post-sales. As Head of Product and part of the leadership team, you will lead all aspects of product strategy and product development, as well as be responsible for hiring and managing a world-class, multi-functional team of Product Managers, UX Designers, and Researchers. You’ll partner closely with engineers, data scientists, marketers, other internal stakeholders, and customers to bring the Encore product to market and scale it as we grow. To achieve these goals, you will also thoughtfully implement the operational processes and frameworks necessary to deliver great products and customer experiences.
