The role

Magnify is looking for a proven product leader to join our mission to transform post-sales. As Head of Product and part of the leadership team, you will lead all aspects of product strategy and product development, as well as be responsible for hiring and managing a world-class, multi-functional team of Product Managers, UX Designers, and Researchers. You’ll partner closely with engineers, data scientists, marketers, other internal stakeholders, and customers to bring the Magnify product to market and scale it as we grow. To achieve these goals, you will also thoughtfully implement the operational processes and frameworks necessary to deliver great products and customer experiences.


  • Leader - proven ability to work across groups at a high level to build a product vision and inspire action. Exceptional at presenting to customers and investors, as well as internal stakeholders with an enterprise-ready, executive presence. A clear communicator, able to build rapport across the company. Leads by example and is able to spark creative, thoughtful, and energetic contributions from others 
  • Builder - command of all aspects of product development, including user research, UX design, planning, and engineering processes, and has managed the delivery of enterprise-grade software. Has owned the product roadmap, and has a proven framework for prioritizing and distilling vision down to products and features 
  • Problem solver - both creative and analytical. Exceptional at compiling qualitative and quantitative data to fully understand a problem space, and is highly effective at finding, implementing, and iterating solutions
  • Customer-centric - believes that customers are at the center of all great products. Not only engages with customers frequently, but is willing to be the “voice of the customer” internally and externally. 
  • Recruiter - experienced at recruiting, interviewing, and hiring product managers and data scientists.  Familiar with interviewing best practices, holding a high bar, and using a company and team story to attract stellar candidates. Has a strong network to bring in top talent to the organization.
  • Culture builder - outstanding character, team player, collaborative, candid, always learning, curious, good judgment, scrappy, smart, good-humored, and a tolerance for ambiguity


  • Successfully led team(s) of Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers, as well as collaborations with engineers, marketers, and sales teams
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management within world-class B2B software companies, and at least 2 years leading Product Management team(s)
  • Experience with modern post-sales software (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Pendio,, Intercom, etc) and processes is a plus
  • Prior startup experience is preferred
