In this role, you will partner with founders, the team at MVL, and the investors at Madrona to build companies from the ground up. As Manager, Talent you will play a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting founding CEOs and CTOs to join promising, venture scale ideas. Once these ideas mature and become full fledged companies, you will help the CEO recruit a founding team to take them to the next level. As the companies “spinout” of MVL, you will continue to advise the founders as they scale up their teams throughout various growth and fundraising stages. Read case studies of how we co-built Strike Graph, Zeitworks, and Stratify.
