This is a rare opportunity for someone who has built a strong full-stack engineering repertoire and has a desire to build great tech while making a difference in some of the critical social issues of our time. In this role, our senior engineer will be the technical lead of a small team of internal and outsourced resources developing the flagship product line at Pendulum.
This is a hands-on position with key responsibilities for developing and delivering backend and front end components. As our senior engineer, we will depend on the person in this position to lead and contribute to day-to-day development activities, make large and small technical decisions, influence design and architecture, set standards, ensure quality and help build team and culture as our company grows. Initial responsibilities include working with leadership and team to define the technical roadmap, implement our customer-facing interfaces, establish infrastructure for scaling, testing and securing operations and working with the machine learning team to broaden the range and depth of our capabilities.
As one of the first hires at a venture-track company, this role provides an opportunity to grow with the company and to have real impact with enormous upside.
